WFH (Work From Home) Program for Dell Inside Sales Representatives in the Relationship Sales Segment!
We created a program in alignment with our parent company on creating flexible work arrangements for our inside sales reps. I like to look at this as the evolution in utilizing key technology for shifting HOW, WHEN and WHERE work gets done. And there are 3 big buckets that are ultimately affected:

• 51,135,500 commuting miles avoided annually
• 25,100 tons CO2 emissions reduced annually
• $115,000 reduction in reforestation projects to offset carbon footprint
PEOPLE!! Reduced Stress (morning rush, commute time) and Capitalized working hours. In place of a one hour drive, I have more call time with my customers during key selling time.
